Возможность использования водного экстракта Cupressus macrocarpa (CME) как экологически чистого ингибитора коррозии алюминия в растворе соляной кислоты

Аннотация
Cupressus – один из нескольких родов вечнозеленых хвойных деревьев семейства Cupressaceae, имеющих общее название кипарис. Эффективность экстракта Cupressus macrocarpa (CME) в качестве ингибитора коррозии для Al в среде 1 M HCl была исследована с использованием гравиметрических методов (по потере массы образцов), потенциодинамической поляризации (ПДП), электрохимической импедансной спектроскопии (ЭИС) и электрохимической частотной модуляции (ЭЧМ). Химический состав CME замедляет скорость коррозии Al и демонстрирует высокую эффективность ингибирования. Кроме того, результаты исследования показали возрастание ингибирующей способности экстракта при различных концентрациях, времени погружения и температуре. Для описания адсорбционного поведения экстракта на поверхности Al было протестировано уравнение Темкина. Исследование ПДП показало, что экстракт СМЕ действует как ингибитор коррозии смешанного типа. Согласно ЭИС, сопротивление переноса заряда (Rct) возросла, а емкость двойного слоя (Cdl) снизилась. Экстракт адсорбируется на поверхности Al, охватывая большую площадь поверхности Al и, следовательно, ингибирующий эффект возрастает. Адсорбция экстракта на поверхности Al является спонтанной, согласно кинетическим и термодинамическим характеристикам, и стабильной. CME ингибирует коррозионный процесс на поверхности Al посредством физической или химической адсорбции. Согласно полученным данным, CME может применяться в качестве ингибитора коррозии для Al в 1 M HCl.
